Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at LOMAS MEDIA GROUP LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
