About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support our President in ensuring seamless daily operations and providing executive support.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence for the President.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the President.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and minute-taking.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative office culture, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus.
