Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize information to inform business decisions and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Monitor the internal and external operating environment to identify trends and guide research and analysis.
  • Analyze specific issues, lead projects, and perform both standard and complex analyses to drive business outcomes.
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance information flow and operational efficiency.
  • Develop communication products and materials to aid senior-level decision-making and highlight business initiatives and performance.
  • Aggregate data to evaluate impacts and aid project and partnership development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field.
  • At least three years' experience in data/reporting within housing, finance, or insurance.
  • Proficient in strategic analysis, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to senior management.
  • Skilled in relationship-building and cross-team collaboration.
  • Adaptable to evolving situations with goal-oriented progress.
  • Proven track record in business optimization.
  • Familiar with analytical tools and Microsoft Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in communications and marketing.
