About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at STACKED PANCAKE AND BREAKFAST HOUSE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food and service.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect our kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Staff Development

Provide training and development opportunities to our kitchen staff to help them advance their careers and improve their skills.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

Language

Fluent in English
