Director of Sales & Marketing

At Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Burlington, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve established sales objectives
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to maximize revenue and profits
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to establish pricing and selling strategies
  • Provide coaching and training to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Participate in internal and external business activities to drive revenue growth and brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management Studies
  • Previous 3-year professional experience in the hotel market, including at least two years as Sales Director or at a higher level
  • Sales Leadership and dynamism of the sales team
  • In-depth knowledge of computer programs and automated sales systems
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
