We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team in providing exceptional support to our Investment Advisors and clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in wealth management, customer service, and portfolio administration.


As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for:



  • Preparing documentation and updates for client meetings, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to Investment Advisors;
  • Creating reports for analysis of client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Communicating with clients to provide guidance on products and services, and identifying referral opportunities;
  • Accepting and processing leads, ensuring correct referral coding and administration;
  • Submitting marketing materials for approval, compiling client information packages, and maintaining marketing materials and mail-outs;
  • Familiarizing yourself with compliance requirements, including account documentation and marketing materials;
  • Providing exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and delivering a high level of service to team members, colleagues, and clients;
  • Prioritizing and managing your work, exercising discretion, and adhering to all policies and procedures;
  • Using insights to improve individual and team performance for clients;
  • Participating as a team member, sharing knowledge, and keeping others informed and up-to-date about status and progress.

Requirements


We are looking for candidates with:



  • An undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred;
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook;
  • Proficiency in French, Cantonese, or Mandarin an asset.
