Position OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Neuroscientist specializing in psychedelic drug development. As part of our Research & Development team, you will contribute your expertise and ideas to develop novel medicines for brain and mental health indications.
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of early-stage in vitro and tissue culture discovery-based assays to evaluate novel psychedelic drug candidates.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary scientific team to advance project development.
- Troubleshoot and solve experimental problems.
- Stay up-to-date with current literature and implement new techniques and technologies to drive project progress.
- PhD in pharmacology, neuroscience, biochemistry, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment.
- Proven track record in screening and developing novel neurological drug candidates.
- Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art pharmacology models and techniques.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
