Operations Supervisor Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Train employees in job duties, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks.
  • Requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • Certificates, diplomas, or degrees in a related field
  • Basic security clearance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility, initiative, and organizational skills
  • Reliability and teamwork
Work Environment
