We are seeking a skilled and experienced spa supervisor to join our team at Kurves Brow Bar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs by providing personalized support and attention.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
    • Maintain high quality and production levels through regular monitoring and quality control checks.
    • Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members as needed to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
    • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
    • Source and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize downtime.
    • Analyze work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and product quality.
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
    • Establish clear work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Work Environment
  • This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, where you will need to remain organized and composed under pressure.
  • You will spend a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift, requiring good physical stamina and mobility.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
