Your Role:

As a Contract Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems using C# that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft SQL Server databases. You will apply your advanced knowledge of SQL Server to handle complex queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using C# that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • SQL Server Expertise: Apply your advanced knowledge of SQL Server to handle complex queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with business analysts, front-end developers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and deliver robust backend solutions.
  • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices, and ensure high standards of code quality and documentation.
  • Support and Enhancement: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, addressing technical issues and implementing improvements as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven C# Skills: Extensive experience in backend development using C# with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Advanced SQL Server Knowledge: Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries, database design, and performance tuning.
  • Healthcare Sector Experience (Preferred): Experience in the healthcare insurance sector is a plus but not required.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to excel in a fully remote work environment with excellent communication, time management, and self-discipline.
