Executive Culinary Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary operations at Smoke's Poutinerie. In this role, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient service delivery.
About You
You have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in food services. You possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to establish work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and address customer complaints. Your team management skills are highly developed, with experience supervising 1-2 people. You are a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
The Role
As our Senior Kitchen Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading kitchen operations, including establishing methods to meet work schedules, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, and preparing and submitting reports.
- Supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensuring quality standards, maintaining high-quality menu items and presentation standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in food services, with 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
What We Offer
Smoke's Poutinerie offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
