Job Overview:

The Director of Data Analytics and Enablement will lead the strategic and operational aspects of data analytics to drive business insights and decision-making. This role is responsible for enhancing the data analytics capabilities across the organization, ensuring data governance, and enabling a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the analytics team.
  • Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
  • Oversee the management of analytics tools and data platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Drive the adoption of data analytics best practices and standards across the company.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage the analytics project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
  • Support and oversee the financial system, data infrastructure, ETL process and automation opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Microstrategy, etc.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive innovation in analytics.
