Director of Industrial Design and Innovation

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Industrial Design and Innovation to lead our design team and drive innovation across our product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a compelling product experience for our customers, leveraging their deep understanding of customer needs and ability to lead and execute on innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
- Lead a team of designers to create innovative and customer-centric design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on emerging design trends and technologies.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international design brands and luxury products to integrate into our products.
Requirements:
- University degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.
- 20+ years of experience in Industrial Design, Interior Design, R&D, and related activities.
- Proven track record of design innovation successes.
- Strong understanding of the transportation industry, key players, markets, and customers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
