Window Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Window Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Victoria Window Cleaning. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that high standards of quality and safety are maintained.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that our cleaning services meet the required standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure that our cleaning services are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
