Pizza Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizza Depot. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, salads, and sandwiches.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
