Your Responsibilities
  • Optimize interactions with clients regarding technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
  • Employ an advisory approach by identifying opportunities and referring clients to suitable specialists.
  • Pose transaction and investment solutions upon analyzing client files, if necessary.
  • Support Financial Planners in data analysis and resolving complex client cases.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and implement new features effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management guidelines.
Your Team

Prerequisites
  • A high school diploma and three years of relevant experience or a college diploma and one year of relevant experience.
  • A Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within three months of hiring).
  • Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
  • Basic investment knowledge.
  • Administrative experience and proficiency in processing investment, financing, and transaction products.
  • Proficiency with IT tools and comfort navigating digital platforms.
  • The ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
