We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pronto Wholesale.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our retail establishment, including:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically;
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents;
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases;
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents;
  • Prepare and format page presentation;
  • Provide general information to clients and the public;
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
  • Perform data entry;
  • Provide customer service;
  • File material in storage area;
  • Label files according to retention and disposal schedules;
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents;
  • Locate and remove files requested;
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset;
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Criminal record check clearance.
