Key Responsibilities:

  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, encouraging independence and self-confidence.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, establishing a soothing and calming environment.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and reassurance when needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, responding to changing circumstances and needs.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in employer's/client's home, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.
  • Public transportation is available, facilitating travel to and from work.
  • Repetitive tasks may be involved, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
  • Weight handling: up to 23 kg (50 lbs), necessitating physical strength and endurance.
