Ogilvy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective strategies to drive client growth and satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations
- Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Ogilvy remains at the forefront of innovation
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of related industry experience with a proven track record of delivering results
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with integrated campaigns and ability to develop and execute effective strategies
