We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Calgary, Canada.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing dealers' relationships to market company products and services. You will assist in the development of dealer sales capability and work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary

Skill Requirements:

  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business situations and develop effective solutions
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, including sales strategy and customer relationship management
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner
