We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to support our helicopter operations team at Capital Helicopters. This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our helicopter operations team, including:

  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Arranging travel and making reservations
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to contacts or service areas
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conducting research and performing data entry
  • Providing customer service and performing basic bookkeeping tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office
  • Area of specialization in correspondence, contracts, financial statements, invoices, and aviation

Work Environment

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
