Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews.
  • Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies, and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years of experience.
  • On-site work with no remote option.

About You

You should be able to work at a physical location and have strong organizational skills. Experience with event management and performance reviews is also beneficial.
