Salary Range: $70,720.00 - $104,000.00 per annum, commensurate with experience relative to this position.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our project/management teams. As a key member of our team, you will bring relevant degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution and 5+ years experience providing project/management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detail-oriented and quick learner with excellent organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills – proficient writing skills for the preparation of reports and project correspondence;
  • Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills to support communication with project teams, contractors, subconsultants, and clients;
  • Experience with proposal and technical report preparation;
  • Committed team player with experience working in an engineering environment, or a technical background, which will be an asset;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of scheduling software, such as MS Project, and Sharepoint is an asset;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with PMI is required.
