About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our team at MTL Aerostructure. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for our aerospace clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of aerospace structures and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring the highest level of quality and expertise in all aspects of aerospace engineering.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in aerospace engineering, with a strong background in design, project management, and technical expertise.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
