Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining records, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our database systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
  • Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing invoices and bank deposits, to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in an office environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
