Job Title: Senior Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to join our team at HireTalent. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing system and application architecture and associated standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, understand, interpret, and transform clearly defined technical specifications into data warehouse, database, and/or business intelligence solutions.
  • Perform detailed data analysis, including determining the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples.
  • Contribute to the development of PID, Business Requirements, and Functional & Technical Specifications documents, Test plans, and Test Cases.
  • Work with developers to ensure that all technology initiatives are implemented within the existing or planned framework.
Requirements:
  • Good technical knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, API development, Python, and data analytics.
  • Experience in AML space and tools, such as Actimize and Mantas, is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps tools and Platform Engineering, including Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a simple concise manner.
