Overview

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Management Training Program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive journey of learning and development, mastering the skills and knowledge required to excel in our dynamic business environment.

Our structured program is designed to equip you with the expertise to succeed in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members, gain hands-on experience, and develop a deep understanding of our business.

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for serving as the face of Enterprise to our customers and partners, while also working behind the scenes to drive operational excellence. You'll have the chance to cultivate new business, develop your team, and take on new challenges as you progress in your career.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers and partners
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Cultivating new business opportunities and developing your team

Qualifications

To be considered for our Management Training Program, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a 3-year Advanced Diploma or 4-year bachelor's degree
  • Have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Hold a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
  • Not have any drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years
  • Be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
