We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Amazing Beauty & Spa Ltd. in a permanent, part-time capacity of approximately 30 to 35 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a college or CEGEP education and relevant work experience, which may be used as an asset.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on the location and the candidate's qualifications and experience.

About the Role

This role is responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and responding to electronic inquiries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to electronic inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as required
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
