Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Guide to lead our clients on unforgettable journeys around the world. As a Travel Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients, and showcasing the beauty and culture of our destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sightseeing or tour vehicles to transport clients to various locations
  • Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations to ensure a seamless experience
  • Resolve any itinerary or other problems that may arise during the tour
  • Assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation
  • Provide information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, and other details to enhance the client's experience
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized support
  • Conduct guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions, and historical, heritage, and other sites, answering inquiries and providing information
  • Transport or escort individuals or groups on tours of cities, waterways, and industrial and other establishments
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Team player with excellent client service skills
