Camp Director

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Camp Director to join our team at YMCA of Southwestern Ontario. As a Camp Director, you will be responsible for leading our School Age/CSP program, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children and youth.

• Lead and manage a team of early childhood educators and support staff
• Develop and implement programs that promote healthy child development and well-being
• Collaborate with parents and community partners to ensure a seamless experience for children and families
• Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and YMCA policies

• Early Childhood Educator Diploma or degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare environment
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Current Vulnerable Criminal Reference Check
