We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Amin Trades and Services Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely payment to employees.
  • Prepare statements of earnings for employees, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits information.
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems and performing human resources-related tasks.
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports, reconciling issued payrolls to bank statements.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including ADP, Sage Accounting, Workday, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees and management.
