Occupational Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Health and Safety Manager to join our Operations team at Silver Hills Bakery. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Occupational Health and Safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective occupational safety and health programs
- Monitor and analyze workplace hazards and risks
- Provide training and coaching to employees on health and safety procedures
- Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Manage WorkSafeBC related claims and Return to Work programs
- Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures
- Designated Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) certification
- 3-5 years of experience in occupational health and safety
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
