Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Global Trade & Distribution Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize logistics operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
