Office Manager Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and events, supervising and training other workers, recording and preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, confirming travel arrangements, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, compiling data and statistics, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, setting up and maintaining filing systems, and preparing and proofreading correspondence and documents.
- Computer Skills: You will be expected to have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Access.
- Work Conditions: You will be working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with tight deadlines, and will be required to have attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: You will be expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility and organization, and be a team player with accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience and knowledge of office procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Access.
- Team player with accuracy and reliability.
