Restaurant Operations Manager

Orbit Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Analysis and Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Smart Serve certification.
