About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Omni Nails. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Manage Staff
    • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
    • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity
  • Client Experience
    • Ensure all clients receive exceptional service and attention to detail
    • Address client concerns and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of nail art and nail care
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
    • Collaborate with the management team to promote special offers and events
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a nail salon or related field
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
