Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate - Customer Service. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

About the Role

  • You will provide great customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Scan products and process customer transactions accurately, ensuring seamless and efficient checkout experiences.
  • Support in the delivery of company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and engaging customers.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Keep the register area neat and stocked with essential supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Maintain a positive environment in the store, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements

  • A team player with good communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Motivated to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our store.
