At Accoravillage, we are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Project Manager to lead a critical special project on a one-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing specific HR initiatives tied to organizational transformation, change management, or process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and set deadlines to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide HR leadership in areas such as organizational design, talent management, and change management as they relate to the project.
  • Act as the primary HR liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Provide detailed reporting on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale HR projects, including organizational transformation, change management, or HR process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
