Director of Sales Operations

We are Ontario Inc, a leading organization in the retail and wholesale industry. As a Director of Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the work of various regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of teams to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the organization in official functions, negotiations, and other business engagements.
  • Select and appoint middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and ensure optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, develop promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Supervision and Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising more than 20 people, including working groups, and ensuring their productivity and efficiency.

Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Personal Qualities

A strong candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a proven track record in sales operations.

Experience and Education

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales operations, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The job requires full-time hours of 35 hours per week.
