Job Description

Uni Express Inc is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in strategic planning and payroll services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Manage payroll services, including processing, compliance, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll services, strategic planning, and compensation and benefits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language and Work Environment
  • English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
