Lease Operations Coordinator

Rush Truck Centres of Canada, a leading commercial vehicle dealership group in North America, is seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Idealease (RTL) team, focusing on monthly lease billing and general administrative tasks.
This role involves working closely with the Lease Administration Supervisor and other departments to ensure seamless operations. If you have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and experience in a related field, we encourage you to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collecting and entering customer mileages for monthly lease billing locations: Mississauga, Markham, Sudbury, and National Accounts.
- Emailing or mailing out lease billing for respective locations on a timely basis.
- PAP process management: ensuring accurate submission of PAPs for each customer by the deadline.
- Account processes: entry of invoices on the Idealease Portal and reconciling payments and credits on SAP.
The ideal candidate will also assist with Geotab ordering and fulfillment, ensuring accurate categorization and labelling within the Geotab system.
Additionally, the Lease Administrator will work between RTC service and RTL service teams to close open ROs and facilitate the transfer of assets to the Used Truck department.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; College or post-secondary education is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in an administration role for automotive service, repair, or related business.
- SAP experience is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
