About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated lawyer to take on significant responsibility for client files, develop direct client relationships, and make meaningful contributions to court submissions and witness examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage complex litigation files and clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolutions.
- Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyze problems critically, propose effective solutions, and demonstrate excellent judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Cultivate strong teamwork and team-building skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- 2-4 years of post-call experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and navigating complex disputes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling arguments and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong practice management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and time management.
- A positive team attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
