Overview

Compensation

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. You will also be typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents using MS Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines. Your attention to detail and quick learning skills are essential. We offer training opportunities, so prior experience is not necessary. The ideal candidate should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be fluent in English.
