Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Director to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package, including an excellent benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic, meeting financial and clinical performance metrics.
  • Clinical Expertise: Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and expertise as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Kinesiologist.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among multidisciplinary staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks to optimize clinic operations and minimize disruptions.

Requirements
  • Certifications and Licensure: Fully registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Kinesiologist in Nova Scotia.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-5+ years of clinical and leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing healthcare teams and driving business growth.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$160,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
