Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Operator Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. This role will involve leading a team of up to 10 Process Operators and reporting to the Section (Zone) Supervisor.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for empowering the process team through setting expectations and objectives, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies. This includes providing ongoing communication, coaching, feedback, and mentoring to Process Operators.

The Process Operator Supervisor will also be responsible for preparing and conducting performance reviews for team members, as well as coordinating process staffing schedules during night shift and weekends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of post-secondary training/technical training. Power Engineering certification (minimum 4th class) is considered a strong asset.
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, plus 6 years of experience within an industrial or production environment (a combined 8+ years of relevant, progressively responsible experience). A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
  • A Class 5 driver's license in good standing.
Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
