Pastry Artisan

BeBee Professionals in Lévis is seeking a Pastry Artisan to join our kitchen team. As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch.
• Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed.

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
• Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as required.
