Job Summary

Mirabella Development Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Support Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, this role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is proficient in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar to keep track of important dates and events.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, providing insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Document Management: Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and oversee related logistics.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of company documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Proficiency in English language.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
