Senior Asset Manager, TDEF

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Equipment Leasing and Asset Management team, you will be responsible for determining equipment values, completing Asset Management Equipment Studies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Determine equipment values and complete Asset Management Equipment Studies to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, drive profitable growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Maintain strategic relationships with industry contacts, equipment leasing association members, and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Asset Management, Equipment Leasing, and/or Financial Services.
- University degree or equivalent; at least 10-15 years of related work experience.
- Strong equipment knowledge, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, accurate and detailed-oriented.
- Advanced Excel skills, detail-oriented, organized, and ability to speak French is an asset.
