Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at B.C. Ltd. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a 35 hour work week. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordinating: Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events; schedule appointments and confirm details.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain manual and computerized filing systems, order office supplies, and track inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
  • Clerical Duties: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
