Culinary Manager

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Manager to oversee the kitchen operations at On & Off Kitchen + Bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and presentation of dishes, as well as ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.

Job Description:
  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Plan and implement menu changes, taking into account seasonal availability of ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and manage kitchen budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Degree in hospitality or culinary arts, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
